With over two years of clinical experience as a general dentist, Dr. Hasib bridges patient care with systems thinking.
Her academic interests include quality assurance, healthcare operations, digital transformation, and patient safety. Prior to entering academia, she held key roles in reputed hospitals, leading initiatives to streamline administrative workflows, strengthen patient safety, and improve healthcare delivery standards. Her operational experience includes managing hospital accreditation processes, implementing quality improvement programs, and overseeing patient services.
Her current doctoral research focuses on designing and evaluating digital communication interventions to enhance patient-caregiver satisfaction in surgical waiting areas.
